It's time to post some free crochet patterns. I usually use somebody's else patterns and modify them. There is one blogger I follow all the time Repeat Crafter Me. Most people out there are selling patterns, but I want you to be exited to start your projects and not think about spending money on patterns you might never use.
Anyways...
I decided to make for my daughter who is 3 and loves unicorns and even more when they are pink with sparkly horn.

I used golden yarn with sequins throughout that I bought in Micheal's. For the mane I decided to use Fun Fur yarn: Cotton Candy and Copacabana Stripes http://www.lionbrand.com/yarns/funFur.htm?categoryKey=1419764&start=30&pageLength=15
You can make it as wide as you want and it can go along the whole hat or start where you place the horn . Just chain 12 and then sc to obtain desired length.
